It’s the big day today. Boris Johnson will address the Commons from around 3.30pm and reveal the road map out of lockdown; the long-awaited details of how people in England are supposed to begin their lives again. Or at least, meet another person outdoors for a limited period of time.
He is expected to say that we will be able to meet another household outside from the end of March, in what will feel like heady abandon after three months of confinement.
It raises the serious question: when and if we are allowed to see each other again, will we have anything to talk about? This quandary surfaced on a Zoom call with friends this weekend as we were forced to admit that the usual
