Evan Mock, who will play Akeno Menzies in the Gossip Girl reboot has described the upcoming new series as "blunt" and "woke".
Ever since the Gossip Girl reboot was announced, fans have been wondering how it will differ from the original, and whether there'll be any similarities.
Now, Evan has given us all a little glimpse into what it could look like and we are so excited for it to hit our screens.
Speaking to Vanity Fair Evan - who hadn't watched the original Gossip Girl until the first two episodes of the reboot had been shot - said: "Blair was a white girl boss who had these little minions, and they're people of color, Asian." He added that the reboot is a lot more "woke" "blunt" and "graphic".
At the end of last year, HBO Max gave fans a glimpse into the reboot, revealing a first look at the 10-episode series.

The official summary of the show reads: "Eight years after the original website went dark, a new generation of New York private school teens are introduced to the social surveillance of Gossip Girl.
"The prestige series will address just how much social media-and the landscape of New York itself-has changed in the intervening years."
In the reboot, Kristen Bell will return as narrator, alongside the new cast of Emily Alyn Lind, Whitney Peak, Eli Brown, Johnathan Fernandez, and Jason Gotay.
Last year, the new cast were seen posing on the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art aka The Met - giving fans ultimate nostalgic feels.
Production for the reboot started back in November, and the series is expected to drop at some point this year - although an official date is yet to be announced.
This truly cannot come soon enough...
