See you in court, baby. Bad Bunny has been hit with a $40 million lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend for using a recording of her on two of his songs, The Associated Press reports. Carliz De La Cruz Hernández recorded herself saying "Bad Bunny, baby," a phrase she reportedly came up with, for the singer in 2015. But in the lawsuit, she alleged he used this clip of her in his songs without permission. "Thousands of people have commented directly on Carliz's social media networks, as well as every time she goes to a public place, about the 'Bad Bunny, baby,'" the lawsuit said. "This has caused, and currently causes, that De La Cruz feels worried, anguished, intimidated, overwhelmed and anxious." Bad Bunny's representative also allegedly tried to buy the recording from her, but when she declined, he used it on his album anyway. She's not a happy bunny.
